I love this machine! I bought it second hand after years of deliberating about which one to buy. I have a little pod machine that was gifted to me a couple of years ago and love it also. Both my husband and I like our coffee very hot, however we are mindful of the recommendations of overheating milk etc. Tried the manual but it doesn't really cover what you need. Call and Clean button would not go out but we employed the expertise of our ' arista trained' granddaughter who not only sorted that out but gave invaluable tips on how to make the perfect Latte/Cappuccino.
