Bought this machine three months ago from a different seller. Instructions for this machine are not easy to understand. I contacted Jura UK, and a nice chap called Adam talked me through all the settings and a full cleaning cycle. It has worked very well and the coffee is lovely.Every step of the process can be tailored to your personnel taste. Water tank could be larger, but that and the lack of clarity in the instructions are my only criticisms. Otherwise it would be five stars.(Read more)
